The developed system is used by Inkcups – a leading supplier and manufacturer of inkjet printing equipment, pad printing equipment, laser plate-makers, inks, and all corresponding supplies.

The Challenges
Our client was looking to make an effective system that integrates all of the current databases in place to accommodate their growing volume of orders. The challenges of this project were:
- To composite a customizable product
The client produces elaborate products that consist of thousands of parts from various other suppliers. Each order is unique, so spare parts stocking is not economically viable for the company.
- Complicated corporate structure
InkCups is a large manufacturing company with dozens of divisions and departments. The company’s offices are geographically distributed.
- Rapidly growing business
As the company began to actively grow, it required more time and resources to manage. The number of routine operations was quickly increasing, resulting in additional overhead costs to hire personnel.
The client’s existing software was unadaptable
The existing solutions were not flexible as their structure and architecture did not match the reality of the company. This standard software contained many limitations that held the company back from achieving efficiency

In order to improve efficiency, we had to synchronize the supply of parts with the prior purchases of those parts and the storage availability of the customer’s warehouse space. The goal was to save storage space, improve accounting, lower personnel costs, and eliminate illiquid stocks.

It was necessary to integrate all aspects of the business to have timely and accurate information regarding the processes in all departments.

We needed to create an automated system that allows our client to optimize processes, share accurate information throughout all departments and manage interactions between them. Additionally, the system had to be integrated with the company’s existing accounting software.
